Click Here To Pass It On...

There has been much attention in mainstream media recently about the Law of Attraction.  The movies "The Secret" and "Pass it On" have taken ancient principles and exploded them into popular culture.  Put simply, the Law of Attraction states that what you put your attention on in life is what grows;  what you think about is what you draw unto yourself in your own life.

Are you wondering whether all this stuff about the Law of Attraction is true, or whether it is simply New Age "fluff"?

Have you been asking why there continues to be so much suffering in the world if it is so easy to create an ideal life?

If the Law of Attraction is true, does that mean that people think themselves into illness and disease?  Is it possible to think yourself well???

Surely, people don't choose to be sick, unhappy, or unfulfilled... do they???

The answer lies in understanding the role of our subconscious minds in how thinking affects our health and our lives.   While we don't simply "think" ourselves into sickness, our subconscious minds can and do proivde instructions to our bodies which are out of sync with current reality.  We get stuck in survival mode long after threats to our well-being have past, and our bodies respond over time with physical symptoms that appear as illness, disease, obesity, addictions, psychological problems, and slow-healing injuries.

A person might want to "think" themselves well, but if self-worth issues and old memories of negative life experiences are buried deep within the subconscious mind, it is nearly impossible to be physically well.  The subconscious mind is hugely powerful - it is a giant magnet that draws whatever is a vibrational match in the rest of the universe unto itself.

The subconscious mind is
often out of alignment with our conscious dreams and goals.   A person with a very cheerful disposition and apparently happy personality can have many negative thoughts stuck deep within the subconscious mind because they tend to lurk deep inside, invisible to the conscious mind.  Others may carry negative feelings that are more visible.

Negative thoughts in the subconscious mind create energetic  interference that manifests in our lives as physical illness, fatigue, and/or pain.  In other people, this may appear in the form of depression, anxiety, turbulent relationships, financial insecurity, obesity, addictions, or a general feeling of dissatisfaction with life.

Everything is for our benefit...
things don't happen "to" us, they happen "for" us.

When unpleasant experiences occur in our lives, we tend to tell ourselves things like "get over it," "move on", and "I'm never doing THAT again."  These thoughts prevent us from gaining meaningful wisdom that sets us free.  To find healing, we must revisit these experiences and understand the gifts of understanding that they provide.  When we live the experience from a point of gratitude, instead of saying "that happened... Oh, well, move on"  -- we tell ourselves "Ahhh... that happened and I understand now that I am better because that experience helped me to...."

Do you hear the difference?

When the conscious mind shifts to a point of gratitude for the experiences of life, healing begins.  True and lasting healing occurs when the subconscious mind becomes fully aligned with this new way of thinking.
Living from gratitude in the subconscious mind
is the key to peace, joy, fulfillment, and healing.

How can you know what is happening in your subconscious mind?

Many methods can be used to determine where patters of interference are stored in the subconscious mind.  Talk therapy is not necessary to determine which thoughts are creating interference in the subconscious mind because the physical body actually changes in the presence of certain thoughts, whether or not they are spoken aloud.  Understanding how to interpret these subtle changes in physiology will enable you to identify and remedy thought patters that may be preventing you from living to your ultimate potential for health, happiness, and success.
